- 2 lbs ground turkey
- ½ onion, minced

- 1 Tbs dried parsley flakes (fresh parsley is fine too, minced in a food processor)

- 1 Tbs butter
- 2 Tbs cream cheese
- 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbs whole grain mustard
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 Tbs flour

Ingredients
- FOR MEATBALLS
2 lbs ground turkey
½ onion, minced
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 Tbs dried parsley flakes
- FOR CREAM SAUCE
1 Tbs butter
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs whole grain mustard
2 Tbs cream cheese
2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 Tbs flour
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a large mixing bowl, add the ground turkey, minced onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix until everything is well combined
- Form the mixture into 24 even meatballs by rolling each meatball between your hands until they are a round, firm ball about 2-inches in diameter
- Line a large baking pan with parchment paper. Place the meatballs side by side (but not touching) on the baking pan
- Bake for 20 minutes. While meatballs are baking, prepare the cream sauce in a large skillet on the stovetop
- Add the butter to the skillet and melt on medium heat
- Add the cream cheese next and allow to melt. Then add the Worcestershire sauce, whole grain mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well
- Add the chicken broth and flour. Whisk until everything is well combined. Continue to heat on medium, whisking continuously until the sauce becomes thick
- Once the meatballs are done baking, add them to the skillet with the cream sauce
- 10. Serve over pasta or mashed potatoes if desired!
