Garlic, Steak & Potato Foil Packs (with Asparagus)

Garlic, Steak & Potato Foil Packs

There’s that magical word again! Garlic. Anything garlic, I must try of course. Steak and potatoes have a nice ring to them, but add that garlic in there and I’m sold. These Garlic Steak & Potato Foil Packs are an all-in-one dinner that are easy to make and bursting with buttery, garlic flavor!

Garlic, Steak & Potato Foil Packs

I like to start by boiling the potatoes on the stove-top for about 15 minutes. This helps cut down on the bake time and ensures tender steak and soft potatoes. I took the route of splitting the mixture of asparagus, potatoes and steak into 5 separate portions and wrapping them in foil. I had to bake them for about 25 minutes for the potatoes to be soft enough. It was also enough time to cook the steak to tender perfection.

You can marinate the steak overnight or at least 2 hours before baking to ensure the best flavor. Just store the marinated steak in the fridge until you’re ready to cook.
