Pierogies are one of those foods you can buy frozen but they still come out tasting like you spent hours slaving away on dinner. This is an essential item we always carry in our freezer for those emergency, lazy dinners (which we have a lot of). On this particular night, the pierogies happened to have a friend in the freezer with them: frozen green beans. The main thing in this recipe is obviously the pierogies so I suggest you scour the frozen aisle and pick your favorite combo. The one I happened to use was the Four Cheese Medley box, but they have many different options such as Loaded Baked Potato, Feta and Spinach, Classic Onion and a ton more. You really can’t go wrong so choose whatever tickles your fancy. And for those interested, below is a link to the awesome jumbo saute pan I used for this recipe (affiliate link).
