  • 4 Tbs butter

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp pepper

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • ½ tsp minced parsley

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking pan with parchment paper
  • Slice the mozzarella cheese into thick strips about 2 inches long. Set aside for now

  • Add the minced garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and parsley to the melted butter. Mix well
  • Open the crescent roll can and unroll the dough unto the baking pan
  • Brush the flat dough with the garlic butter mixture
  • Cut the dough along the perforated lines, separating into individual triangles
  • Add the mozzarella strips to the center of each triangle
  • Roll up each triangle with the mozzarella in the center starting with the thicker side first and ending with the pointed end
  • Make sure cheese is tucked in well so it doesn’t ooze out when baked
  • Space the rolls apart evenly on the pan and brush the tops of each roll with more garlic butter
  • Bake in the oven for 11 minutes
  • While the rolls are still hot, brush any leftover garlic butter on top of each roll
