Pasta is one of my all time favorite things to eat! When I go to any restaurant, the first thing I do is check their pasta options on the menu. The second thing I do is check what ingredients are put into the sauce. I’ll usually go with the one that has the most “pizazz” (and spice of course). At home, I’m constantly playing around with different sauces and toppings for the pasta I make. I was very proud of how this Two-Meat Pasta Sauce turned out. It’s my own twist on the classic pasta meat sauce.
I’ll leave it up to you guys on which pasta you want to use! My top choices are rigatoni and spaghetti.
My mother in law gave me the tip of adding a little bit of spicy Italian sausage to the mixture for the added flavor. She suggested adding half a package of Italian sausage to a full package of ground beef. I switched this up a bit because of course I love anything spicy. The hotter, the better. So, I combined a full package of spicy Italian sausage to a full package of ground beef. This makes for a very thick and rich sauce. Every bite will be full of flavor.
Serving this up with a heap of shredded mozzarella cheese will make this pasta absolutely irresistible! At least that’s how I felt while eating it. I’m pretty sure I could have finished the whole pot myself if I didn’t have to share. Follow the recipe below to try out this Two-Meat Pasta Sauce for yourself!
