Pasta is a main dish in our household because it’s so easy, fast and has a world of possibilities! You can tell how much I love pasta dishes (and noodles!) from my “Pastas” page. I’ve got quite a few recipes on there with many more to come! These Stuffed Jumbo Pasta Shells are the newest addition to my pastas page and they are so incredibly easy to make with very little prep time!
I included a link below to the bowls I use when it comes to mixing any ingredients! I love that they have fitted lids because it makes them great for storing and transferring food as well.
The filling for these pasta shells includes three types of cheese: ricotta, parmesan, and mozzarella. With the addition of the egg and seasoning, you get a flavorful, creamy, cheesy filling that compliments the marinara sauce quite nicely.
After stuffing and baking the pasta shells, you’re ready to dig in and enjoy an easy dinner that looks and tastes like you spent hours making it. And a little side note, if you’re looking for a low carb version of this recipe, please check out my Stuffed Eggplant Roll Ups! It’s pretty much the same recipe except I use eggplants instead of pasta shells. All yum all around! Check out the full recipe for these Stuffed Jumbo Pasta Shells below!
