kcalThese Bacon Wrapped Smokies make the perfect game-day finger food. Only 3 very simple ingredients needed and guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser!
Ingredients
14 oz package cocktail sausages
16 oz package bacon
¼ cup brown sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and cover a large baking pan with parchment paper
- Cut each bacon strip in thirds using kitchen scissors
- Wrap each sausage with a piece of the cut bacon
- Place the brown sugar in a small bowl
- Roll the bacon wrapped sausages in the bowl of brown sugar making sure they’re covered in a thin coat all around
- Place the prepared smokies on the baking pan side by side, but not touching
- Bake for about 35 minutes, flipping halfway through cook time to prevent burning
- Remove from oven, serve and enjoy!
