Buttery Soy Sauce Brussels Sprouts Noodles

Brussels Sprouts Noodles

Did you know that butter and soy sauce are a match made in heaven? I didn’t know either until I tried them in this amazing Brussels Sprouts Noodles recipe. Your taste buds will thank you. Brussels sprouts are one of my favorite veggies and when they’re paired with the other love of my life (noodles!) I’m in an absolute state of euphoria!

Brussels Sprouts Noodles

The sauce for this recipe is made by first melting the butter in a large skillet and adding garlic and onions for extra fragrance and flavor. I like to bake the Brussels sprouts separately in the oven first and then add them to the skillet later.  The onions and Brussels sprouts will soak up most of the butter, but the dish will still have a strong buttery consistency. The soy sauce is added last and when mixed with the rich flavor of the butter, it gives the noodles the most savory, mouthwatering taste!

Brussels Sprouts Noodles

This is a quick and easy meal you can have on the table in about 30 minutes. It’s great all on its own or you can serve it up with some Buttery Salmon to match. Another great addition to this dish is tofu. I have an amazing Crispy Baked Tofu recipe that I happened to make the same day I made these Brussels sprouts noodles. When you mix the two together, they compliment each other very well. I would highly recommend the Brussels sprouts and tofu combo.  I’d love to hear everyone’s suggestions on what other mix-ins you’d add to these Brussels Sprouts Noodles!
