  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Dijon mustard
  • Lemon juice
  • Anchovy paste
  • Garlic cloves
  • Grated parmesan
  • Salt
  • Pepper

As you can see, the only oddball ingredient needed is anchovy paste. And it’s usually widely available at most local grocery stores. Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayo

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 Tbs lemon juice

  • 1 tsp anchovy paste

  • 5 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ cup grated parmesan

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions

  • In a large bowl, add the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, pepper and anchovy paste
  • Whisk vigorously by hand until everything is blended well
  • Add the mayo and grated parmesan to the bowl. Whisk again until everything is blended and very smooth
  • Store the dressing in a lidded mason jar or airtight container in the fridge for up to a week
