Baked Ham & Cheese Sliders

Baked Ham & Cheese Sliders

These Baked Ham & Cheese Sliders are unique “mini sandwiches” that are great for parties and gatherings. They’re the perfect combination of buttery Hawaiian rolls filled with melty cheese and savory ham.

When you first take the Hawaiian rolls out of their pack, they’ll be stuck together. It’s best to keep them attached to each other and simply slice the whole slab of rolls down the middle separating the tops and the bottoms of the rolls (see above picture for reference). This will make assembling the sliders so much easier. You can then start stacking the bottom half of the rolls with alternating layers of ham, cheese, and then more ham.

After you finish layering the ham & cheese, you’ll cover the sliders back up with the top layer of rolls. You can then start preparing the garlic butter mixture. It consists of a simple combination of melted butter, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. You’ll mix the ingredients in a small bowl and then pour it all over the sliders for the finishing, savory touch.

  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
